There are so many voices in the digital world today. We tend to gravitate to the loudest voices saying the boldest statements. We assume that since they have a giant following and sound really cool that they must be the ones who know what they are talking about. 1 Kings 19:11-12 says,

“…The Lord is about to pass by. Then a great and powerful wind tore the mountains apart and shattered the rocks before the Lord, but the Lord was not in the wind. After the wind there was an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake. After the earthquake came a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire. And after the fire came a still small voice.

So often, it’s not the loud bombastic voices in our world through which God speaks through. He’s often the still small voice we hear when we open up God’s Word and begin to study it for ourselves. The voice may be quiet, but God’s truth is loud! With this small platform, I want the whole world to know who is doing the talking. Let my small voice only be used as a medium for your people, giving them THE truth of God’s Word loudly.
